Defective Cooler Sold

I had purchased an assembled cooler from the abovenamed shop on 27th April for Rs. 3900/- and was given a warranty of 1 year. However, as soon as I filled the cooler with water and switched it on, it started leaking heavily to the effect that I had to keep containers under it to prevent flooding of my house. The control knobs also work partially and the water level indicator is also faulty. Despite repeated phone calls to Mr. Raghav, the proprietor of the shop to send a mechanic to rectify the problem, no action was taken.

Later I found out that this was the common practice of this shop. On persisting, they stopped picking my calls. The address of the shop is as follows:
