I have bought a washing machine from RelianceHypermart ltd, H.No.18-5-21, mainroad, Tanuku, W.G. DT-534211, AP., INDIA, on 17.10.2011.But till now nobody is come to install &to give the missing item i .e rat protection mesh.simply they sold & took the money BRAND NAME: WHIRLPOOL
