Sending the faulty headset twice

I have ordered a blue tooth headset Nokia BH-503 order no 6871713 via rediff shopping the Product which i have been delivered is Not all Working once i have already sent back the product and again i have been delivered a faulty headset.there is no response from them as their contact no does not work or else they wont pick up the call.

i would like to please help me out with my problem
