IFB Washing Machine
Called for service of machine under AMC

My customer ID is 2258163 and i am Tolerance Samuel from Chennai. I own a senorita deluxe washing machine of IFB which is under AMC. Whenever i call / book for service, the technician never turns up less than 4 days. When escalated, no response from IFB Manager @ 9367518561. I request all public not to have AMC with IFB and not to procure IFB products as the service by the technicians are very poor and the Management has to take necessary action against non loyal staff
