My above mentioned Mobile number was converted into Pre-paid connection on 8.3.08 after making upto date payment to our dealer Sim Communications, Putlighar Amritsar. For the last about 4-5 days our above mentioned connection has been closed without any fault on my part.

I have also talked to your Mohali office with Mr. Hardev on 27.4.08, he has stated that I have deposited some documents to our dealer then my above number shall be started. Tomorrow I desposited my photo and residence proof deposited in your Lawrence Road Office, Amritsar, but till todate my connection has not started.

Please reply to my above mentioned facts and restore my above mentioned number immediately.
