iam bhopal madhyapradesh airtel customer

iam a prepaid cell holder

i purchased a three months valid prepaid card worth of rs1100 on 7th april.it is valid up to july.

now iam at chennai on roaming.

iam not able to receive any in comming call from anywhere.but receive sms and send my outgoing calls.

several complaints made at both ends at bhopal (m.p) and tirunelveli (tamilnadu) yield no result so far.

iam facing surgery shortly.it gives me great mental agony.

the least botherd attitude of officials at both ends are condemnable
