Worst exp had wit airtel network Provider, this was the first time... my gprs was active and which i had to deactivate..so i followed the steps needed to de activate it..for which i had talk wit the customer care excecutive. who said me tat ur request to da activate gprs is taken and will be prossesed in next 4hrs..Thinkin tat it will be done was relaxed..after three days when i luckly checked my balance found that its gone from almost 75rs to 0.75 paise, asking for the same to customer care again they said that they didnt receive any deactivation sms form me. so i enquired abt to find weather they they can get me to tat person to whom i had spoke wit a couple of days before, tat also they said they cant, so asked tat ur system must be havin some record's for the request tat too was denied... its really bad service from airtel, they have habit of deducting money for things which customer dont want and u cant expect them to return it back even after when u have geniun explanation for it.
