POOR CUSTOMER CARE

Electronics and household app.

I bought a Nokia E63 cellphone on 13.7.10 with 1 year warranty. It was working fine but started giving trouble from mid March. My several phone calls to their customer care as well as numerous visit to their Nokia Care Center were futile and resulted no solution.

Their care center M/S TALKTEL at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India and their engineer or customer care executive, namely Mr. D.K. Sahu, Mr. P.K. Batra and Nokia Care line officer Mr Ankit Nagar were not of much use or rather callous, deceptive and amateurish.

If the faults can not be rectified Nokia should replace my handset since the same was within the warranty period.

Kindly also help us to provide me the e-mail address of Nokia, Finland.
