Covrage not working proparli on last two month

i have problem in my mobile phone on last two month i send a complain in custmer care but they are not solved my complaint i am use reliance moblie last five year . when i intered my area my incoming and outgoing calls are stoped if i went to another area it will be ok all network sticks show in my mobile but call not connected its a request to you sir please solved my problem. my no is 9376672760, 9374282125 and i live in 40/a satyam society near mangal mandir high tension road shubhanpura vadodara. please
