COLOUR OF HEAD PHONE MISS MACH AFTER REPLACEMENT

Dear Sir,

I had purchased new nokia mobile model E5 datedon 11/06.Mobile's headphone not worked from first day but due to my official visit at Delhi on 12/06 i can not contact to nokia care center. When i come back on 17/06 go to nokia care and complaint them as i facing the problem of headphone. They check the mobile and headset, and told me its working well. Then i complaint at 30303838 no that i find out from net and the attended person advise me go to nokia care again. Then on 18/06 again i went there and complaint them of my head set and also second problem of not installing the applications. They had update my mobile sofware and assure me never come this problem again and keep my head set for replacement against job no 711/8.

After week i went there to collect my headphone but they said it will takes two or three days more. Then i request them please make me call as well as my replaced headphone recieved by you.

But they did not make me call and not pick the phone that was mentioned in job card. Thne i again went there and shocked to know it will take more days. Then i many times called on 30303838 and confirm my head phone reached at nokia care. When i go there to collect the headphone, again i shocked the colour of headphone is black but my mobile set is white crome, I refused to recieved the headphone and warn them i will go to the consumer court. Then they promised me as soon as they recieved the white headphone then replaced with my black headphone.

I am again feel like fool when on 11/07 my mobile phone hanged and i saw the mobile phone more than two hours it will be working, but not. Then again i call on 30303838 and told the story of my mobile phone that make mently upset because i purchased the mobile phone for using not for again and again repairing. They suggest me go to the noki care.

Again i visit nokia care and feel so ashmed on me because i am again and again doing the that thing which make me upset and irritate. The employees of the nokia care passed me smile and i feel like the one fool in whole my Ludhiana city because during the replacemennt of headphone my freinds and my childs asked me about my head phone. I handed over my mobile and headphone for replacing. But they said we will replace your headphone within week and chek the mobile. They update again software or do as they know about my sick mobile.

Now i called to nokia care on 25/07 regarding my headphone, but they said white colour not available. Then again i called to 30303838 but attended person said that i have to contact to nokia care and they solve my problem. But the nokia care employees said no availabilty of the headphone in their stock. So again i called on 30303838 number and told them nokia care have not matched colour, please help me. The attended person giving me example that if my shoes having problem and need to replaced then if the shop keeper having not the black colour then what should i do? I said if me need of black colour shoes then why i accept the white? Sir really if that person close to me i will teach him how to behave and mobile phone not camparable with shoes.

Now i want your positive help and after that i will file the case on nokia, nokia care and showroom. I am too much harrashed amd mently upset. Due to this three days i miss my duty.

Kindly take needfull action.
