Regarding the imei no

Sir,

I bought a mobile handset from this company using my citi bank credit card. The name of this mobile handset is Aqua Dual Sim Phone which i ordered on 6/12 and i recieved this january end. They provided me the imei no.353300880001315 of this mobile on the printed bill also but from the 1st Dec. any SIM Card / Network is not working due to its invalid imei no. This company is a fraud company and strict measures should be taken against them. My only request is that plzz help me and other customers to get their amount back from this company as i cannot bear the financial loss due to it.
