Complaint against virgin india mobile
Creating problem in giving warrenty

Dear sir,

I am sandeep from jamshedpur and i am logging this complaint because of the negligence in service. I have bought two sets of virgin C5330 on 21/12/08.Since two months i am facing a lot of problem with the charging of the battery. I went to the service center (bistupur, jamshedpur) of this. I logged a complaint during the service mela organised during the month of october. but they didn't gave me any job no. I ran after them for a month but in vain. when i talked to the area manager he asked me to log the complaint agian. I logged it again on 17/11. till now my problem has not been solved. when i ask them till when my problem will be solved I could not get any satisfactory answer.
