Sir i have n78 which is under warrenty. now my phone was hanging and restarting in oct 09 so i got it formated in nokia borivali. when i received my phone its keypad was slitely loose when i complained.they told me to wait for 1 hr and their officials said it is now perfect and fine. but one month later my left side ringer was showing problem and when i once again gave it to them they said that your keypad has been sticked by glue and we will not take it as a warrenty and you have to pay 1550 rs for changing its module.when i said that it is being opened by your guys onlyand last time i complained about it also and when i showed them jobsheet of that they said that still i will have to pay re 1550 as it will be taken as non warrenty mobile. please help
