Dear sir/madam

I purchased a Symphony ice cube air cooler on 22/06 I purchased online from STAR CJ Network India Private limited. i have complaint it to STAR CJ and Symphony customer center because when i opened it was broken. but they gives me times only.

Again i complaint then they give me again time. I purchased it for summer but summer days go on. I m very tired to complaint. Please do something for my best or fast.
