Dear Sir / Madam,
Mr. Ajay Verma, owner of Conditionaire Sales & Services has taken pcb & compressor of our Air conditioner since 30/2/10 & has not serviced & repaired it till today. The a/c is Samsung make & is under warranty. Despite being a Samsung authorized service center he has failed to perform his duty. Kindly take strict action against him, help us & oblige.
