No Customer Service after selling a defective refrigerato

Hi

I have bought an LG refrigerator from Cool Mal, Thammanam, Cochin

They said it is company seconds and only some scratches on the door. Charged me 10, 000/-

Refrigerator didn't switch on once they deliverd to home. continously calling for 2 days, they send a technician to repair it. He could solve the issue after working for 4 hrs. Refrigerator stopped working after a week again. When I tried to contract Cool Mal shop, they asked to contact LG support directly. initially they offered 1 year garanty and gave receipt and seal. But they cheated.

My sincere advice is if anyone plan to buy from anything from them, pls don't do that. I am planning to file a complaint against them now
