Airtel Prepaid SIM
Not working

I lost my mobile with aiertel prepaidsim no 9845268981, iasked stop the activity and took duplicate sim in airtel office jayanagar 4th block near simming pool (corp) they said it is activated on 9/05, it is not yet activated, again i took new airtel sim on 22/04/5 no 9681634912 prepaid it was worked for a week on 12/ 05 it was dis connected on the reason of adderess verification then verified activated, again today

it is deactivated, tension caused to me from this activites and i mailed complaints to airtel nodal officer, i feel that might be the reaso pl do needful
