Key pad not working

My complain no. 000123 dated 20-05given by your kolkata servicing center at A.J.G.C. Bose Road. Key Pad is not working properly and as per your service center they have given you order for replacement of new key pad but still it is pending with you. Therefore they can not change key pad of my mobile.

Pl. look into the matter and arrange to send key pad to your service center at the earliest. My mobile is within warranty period. The xerox copy of purchase bill is given to your service center.
