Dear sir,

i have purchased a cool pad 2938 mobile from dwraka nagar, visakhapatnam web world vide invoice no.b0101767092 on 28.05.2009.since the purchase iam facing the problem related to signal for which submitted in service centre (accel frontline services ltd, waltair main road, visakhapatnam.vide complaint no: VZG-CP-002945 on 22.05.2010) once they up graded the soft ware, but the complaint was not rectified due to non availability of skilled technicians and mother board it was sent to chennai service center on 22.05.2010.Daily iam enquiring the service centre about my hand set with service center people but my my hand set was not delivered.please take necessary steps to deliver/replace the hand set with out further delay
