Coolpad 2938 dual sim
GSM side not working from day 1

I purchased a coolpad 2938 dual sim handset from Reliance webstore in Chembur near. Corporate Park on 27th May. The purchase of coolpad was routed thru Reliance web world. The GSM side was not responding if there is a outgoing call thru GSM which is also to be used for email facility. It took 3 days to establish that the handset has a problem. This speaks about the quality of service of Reliance as well. I read about 3 months' repacement warranty in case of handset problem in this forum as well as got to know from one of Reliance mobile shop.

I had demanded the replacement of the handset after confirming that the handset is faulty. I told them I will be forced to approach the Consumer Forum if they don't replace the handset. Thereafter he said some IT personnel will come to the shop to repair tbe handset.

What action would this forum advise me to take against coolpad?
