Eplacement of faulty handset

Dear sir,

i have purchased coolpad 2938 from reliance web world (juhu) on 22nd aug invoice no.-1104760449 & submitted to service centre on 4th sept due to fault in the motherboard in that handset.after approx 2 months that handset was not repaired due to unavailability of parts.they suggested me to replace this handset from juhu web world.i went their & requested to replace it with blackberry handset because the service centre of coolpad has not a single parts & in web world there were many complaints for this handset. they refused & told they will give coolpad only.i am your postpaid customer from last 7 years.sir if this will be your attitude than how far i can with you. sir i request you to replace it with black berry.
