Sukam battery and invertor
Very poor performance of sukam brand

Iam a resident of Mayur Vihar PhaseII Delhi. I had purchased a Sukam Invertor and battery from their krishna nagar dealer on 9.7.2006. So far two years have not completed, I am facing difficulties. About three months back, when the batter started ging very low back up, I complainted costomer care and they have sent one man who somehow corrected and the invertor started working normally. now since one month, I noticed that the battery is not giving full back up and gredually it is giving abour one hour back I complained your costomer care deptt. and they sent one engineer and after lot of checking, he reported that everything is normal and he changed one button of invertor by charging rs. 113/. next dy I once again complained that this is not giving proper back-up even for one hour, he once again came and now told that the battery is week and you get a new battery changed. I just want to know the Sukam has a good reputation in the market and their batterys are so poor that they are not working even for two years. If I have purchased a local battery, it will definitely work at least for two years as in our locality power cuts are very less and light flectuations are neglible. I want to request you to kindly get the battery replaced at the earliest otherwise I shall constrained to write to Consumer Grevience Cell. I know the warranty of Battery is for 18 months only butYour reputation in the market shall definitely be decreased as you have established a BRAND in the market. As I am a middle class citizen, I expect Sukam shall definetely cooperate me.
