Worst customer service

I bought a Sukam 1400 VA inverter from Delhi and installed it at my village Pali, Distt - Rewari on June 13. After 9 month of my purchase, one battery of my inverter stopped charging. I registered a complaint (no. 11003520392) at Sukam customer services on March 29, however, nobody had visited at my place. I registered one more compaint (1204523156) on April 2, after this complaint, one engineer of Sukam called us and said that the company does not provide any service at home and asked us to bring the batteries at one dealer's shop at Rewari. I made several calls to get the services at my home, however, I did not get the same. Finally, I had to brought the batteries at dealer's shop at rewari. After checking the battery, he told me that one battery is not funtional and it needs to be replaced. He told me that the replacement of battery will take 30-45 days. As this was a very long time period, therefore, I called up Sukam service engineer regarding the replacement at earliest possible as well sent several mails to Sukam Headquarter and simalteanously submitted the required documents and battery at the dealer at Rewari for replacement. But I havn't heard anything from Sukam regarding my complaints. When I called up at Sukam's headquarter again on April 11, the lady at their headquarter told me that my documentations was not completed and they can not replace the battery until the completion of documents. This was very suprising to me as they never told me about this when I submitted the documents. When I asked her why you have not informed me or my family regarding this, she didnot answer and dropped the call by saying that she will get back to me in two days. I purchased this inverter with the perception that I will get a good service from Sukam. However my perception was totally wrong. Sukam is a very bad company in customer service, it harasses its customer and does not provide any support and assistance in getting the things done in smooth way. The service staff at its headquarter and in Haryana is very rude and not cooperative at all. So, please think twice before buying any product from Sukam, it is not a good company.
