Do not honor guarantee

I purchased a XXL brown bean bag in Nov. 2009. They promised to give 2 years guarantee on the same. Within 2 months of use, the bean bag flattened out. Since January (more than a yaer), I have been following up with the Co. and its multiple executives (Sandeep - the Proprietor; Rajesh, Ajay and Puneet - the executives, etc.) and must have spent over 1500/- on the calls themseleves. But of no use, as they keep promising on each call that they will send the Bean Bag, but never do so. I am extremely disappaointed!!
