Nokia 3500
Nokia (doesn't) care

My wife bought Nokia 3500 model on 14th of May'2008 from nokia priority dealer. The screen created problems after 12 days of purchase. I sent it to Nokia Care. They are keeping it for a month. But they didn't give me any phone for this period. I am not interested in taking a repaired phone. Nokia customer services are very bad, simply pathetic.
