Dear Sir,

I bought a Sony LCD on 14/02 with offer of AIRTEL DIGITAL TV free, but 5 days already passed but still it is not installed. I contected many time to Croma Malad, as well as Airtel DTV number 12150 but they didn't conformed me when will it be install.

As world is starting from tomorrow so can I expect it will installed by tomorrow or day after tomorrow?

I already bought a Tata Photon Plus data cards 3 weeks ago but didn't get offer as they.

If you are not willing to provide the offerce then why are you declaring offerse in your store?

Can I procede to consumer court??
