No responce after sales service

Hi, i have parches one split air condition of croma made from croma store on 13th march by bill no SLF02A001010019486 on the name of my company Gipsy Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. was suppose to get install in 48 hours as per their nomes but got installed after one week i was shocked.

after installation ac was working OK but all of a sudden on 2nd April indoor unit has started leakage of water and i have given complain but since from that day i am calling everyday to 18002583636 number and complaining but no response form there end some one is calling sometime and taking address where to come and no one is turning up for complain i have got many reference numbers of complain but no use finally i have asked them to remove ac from my place and refund my money or i will go to consumer court.
