Adexmart order no 025337
Didn't receive my orde

Hi,

I placed an order on adexmart on Mar 27 (Order no# 025337) buying "Capdase ATOM Car Charger for Mobile PDA W/1 Mtr Long Cable w/Mini USB (CA00-AB01)". I selected Cash on Delivery option. I received a confirmation call from the customer care on the same day and they told me that my order will be shipped Mar 30th. After that I didn't from them for many days.

Then I followed them up by calling their customer care but they kept saying the product is out of stock. On the contrary, on their website it is shown as available (even today it is shown as available). But the customer care is not ready to accept. I placed the order when it was of Rs 440. Now the price is being shown is Rs. 585; I think because of this price difference only they are not shipping my order and creating circumstances so that I should cancel my order.

Please help me in getting my order processed and teach them a lesson so they should cheat their customer like this.
