Crompton Greaves Water Heater
Service not attending

I have given complaint about my water heater with CG on 06.09.2011 vide complaint No.1109009278 which was forwarded by CG to Sangeetha Electricals, Chennai. Till to day no one attended and no response from either sangeetha electricals, or from CG. My water heater could not be used due to leakage in tank. CG is not cared for after sales service to customers and it seems they dont have any service outlet in and around Chennai. Consumers at Chennai should double think before buying Crompton products in future.
