Defective Fan

I bought 5 numbers of 48" Ceiling fans with two years warranty from

Lokenath Electricals,

One of the fans is defective. Its speed system is not working. I contacted Lokenath Electricals who refused to take any responsibility and direct me to go to the Crompton Company to replace it. I asked him if it was my responsibility to go to the company and get the replacement? However, he himself did not replace it.

I would request you to take appropriate action against Lokenath Electricals and instruct him to replace the fan.
