Defective fans and Poor service

We had purchased 6 khaitan ceiling fans from goyal & goyal showroom, court road, moga -142001 ph. No. 01636-224310

on 01/03 as per detail given below:-

since from the date of purchase, we had complained many times to the dealer through phones and by visiting his showroom, but he always gets angry on us and didn't took the complaints seriously.

When we said that we move to consumer court for your negligence and ignorance then he send the mechanic on 09-06. The mechanic found that the fan no. K07111688 and ko7111701 was defective and design rings was already broken. He changed the rings of fan no. K07111688 and ko7111701 but ko7111701 is still defective. The fan no k03084531 is also defective and the mechanic marked the fan motor along with its wings for replacement on 14-06 and when we visited his showroom for replacement the dealer refused to replace it.

We had complained at the head office, kolkata and service centre of khaitan fans at ludhiana, punjab on 14 june, 25 june and 30 june but there is no response from any side. We had also complained on their toll free no. 180030708120 on 16 june and received complaint number 14590 and 14592. We again complained on 22 june and received complaint no. 17345 but still there is no response. We are suffering a lot without fans from the hot weather, here in punjab.

All the money spent on fans is just goes waste. Kindly do something
