DELAY OF PRODUCT SUPPLY

Sir, I have made an order to purchase a Ubislate 7 Tablet for my son on 16/12 and I have send my remittance thru indian Overseas bank draft for a sum of Rs. 2, 999/= (D.D. No. 660964094 - dated 4/2). They have received my DD and I have received their confirmation for the payment. from that day they were sending emails to me that they will send the Ubislate 7 as soon as possible. a month ago I received an email stating that they will send me the Ubislate by June 1st till 15 June. But till today I have never receive anything from them. i have called them several times, but there was no response. I am also sending enormous email to them, but all in vain, I never receive any reply from them so far. their address is :
