Data Wind (Ubislate 7 )
No support is being provided

I bought 1 Ubislate 7 last month. And no it does not work (power fails), I sent emails and called their tech support number (01832580177 - 1330) but there is no response. No one answers the phones lines. There is no Service Center available where customer can go and get the problem fixed. Kindly suggest what to do here.
