Hi,

On 29th dec I placed an order to buy nokia blue tooth headset (Order # 342805) and I paid them through online, and I was promised by the dealsandyou in the voucher that within 2 to 7 working days, from the date of purchase, I will get the product delivered.

However, it has been about 9 days, and I placed 2 complaints in the DnY support team, ticket no.s 10459 & 11968.

I was told by the customer support tream that by tuesday I will receive the product but I still didnot get anything,

Please help me to get the product or my money.

If not I am going to file a case in the consumer court and cyber cell police..
