Irresponsible and dubious

I purchased BLACKBERRY PERAL 8110 mobile phone on 28/09 thru a buying portal DEALSANDYOU.COM. As per the company rules the item to be sent to the customer with in 21 working days. But its been two months I did not receive the item. so I asked them to cancel my order and return my money. I raised many complaints to them thru the mails but they are responding in a very careless manner that I must wait until they take a decision to return my money. They respond only when I write a mail addressing my issue, otherwise they keep mum over the days. now I fear that I am being cheated and I became a pray to the dubious online trading. even though I mentioned in my mails to them that I would lodge a criminal case if my money is not returned soon. Not worrying about police case they reacted in a very cool manner saying for the past 30days that the issue would be resolved by the concerned department. I don’t know still how many weeks months their concerned department would take and resolve the problem and return my money. I request DEALSANDYOU.COM thru the CONSUMER COURT.IN to react swiftly and return my money. I request all the people who are enthusiastic in buying the goods thru the online portals please stay back and be cautious as many of the online portals are dubious and illegal.
