I purchased a Samsung galaxy s3 on the 24th and after 10 days the phones mike was not working properly. So took to the service centre and it took them 11 days to replace the mike. they delivered the phone on 18th and still the problem was persisting and even worse.so on 19th I too it again. To the service center and then they said that the mother boArd has problem and it needs to be changed. Now I am not mentally prepared to use this phone further as it has been taken for repAir twice in just one months time. All I want now is either a new set (replacement) or my money back which they are refusing. And the amount of stress that I have to go through for getting this done is un explainable.pls advice as to how to go about. I am sure it is my right to have a defectless phone.
