Mobil phone complaint

I am Rahul Kamdar. I live in bhopal. i purchased dell XCD28 mobile phone in January this year.

then within 1 month i had problem with my headphone.

after then i was getting problem with my phone also. as it was in replacement warranty i submitted it to dell service centre in bhopal before three months. but still i not got my phon.

i am continuously calling to dell customer care. whenever i call they say that i wiil get it within a weak but i still waiting for it.
