Probem regarding repairing of onida t v

I have purchased an onida tv from navrang audio video pvt. ltd. d-10 vikas marg laxmi nagar delhi 92 my tv is in guarantee period and i have complained in service centre for the problem regarding of my tv but there is no response from service centre they said i can't do any thing in it since last one month.
