ONIDA-ADONIS SERVICE CENTRE RANCHI JHARKHAND
REPAIR OF COLOR TV

I had lodged complaint with ONIDA service centre at RANCHI reagrding repair of my color tv make ONIDA KY THUNDER on 7 may complaint no 08050826380625, but till date thay have not delivered my tv. On contacting the service personnel Mr Iqbal keeps on saying that he would do it at the earliest but later regrets for not repairing the tv due to unavailavility of spares, road permit, etc, etc. Its nearly 3 1/2 months but I see no chances of getting my Tv repaired. Pls help, I donot want to miss the olympics.

Should I give him the service charges for such long delay, should I go to consumer court

pls help
