Dell Mobile - money back or upgrade handset

Myself Naveen Kumar from Karol Bagh, New Delhi. I’ve got in trouble with the product of Dell company which is Dell Mobile XCD-28. the actual problem is after purchasing, i.e, many problems like software not respond, restart automatically, so many times it displays insert sim card and sim card registration fail .this happens so many times in a day because of this I lose my plenty of business calls.i could not understand why does this happen again and again.

I have been to dell service centre noida so many times and every time they had given me refurbished handset. This happens 4 times. Every time t I have used refurbished handset but all those handset has the same problem and not work properly.what should I do. I have to visit dell service centre so many times, called customer care centre and Mr. Mohan #09731302848 and Mr. Senthil #9686456770.
