Attery failure

Sir purchased a NOKIA E5 handset in February earlier this year. But it got damaged due to battery failure. When reported about my problem to the Nokia care they told that my battery got emptied completely and it must be replaced with a new one. But warranty of my battery ended in August this year. Now they are telling to buy a new one. It is very disgusting that your product has been damaged just in about 8 months. I have purchased your Nokia E5 mobile for 10300 rs and it is very unfair that i am asked to invest again on purchasing a new battery. Moreover your quality of service is very poor because i had to visit your Nokia care in a span of about 40days because after your care repaired my mobile, it got damaged within 40days of your service. It is really a bad and unfair justice to your customers who believe that you sell good products. It is really very bad.
