Non refund of Payment even when product not delivered

I had booked my order online at The Mobile Store (Order No.110150269)

I had placed an online order for Nokia N900 handset online on 16th of July and promptly paid Rs. 25079 By Credit Card.

I had to call the customer care at least 7 times just to know the fact that the said handset was unavailable and its availability could not be ascertained in next few weeks.

The alternate choice was also not available.

Consequently, I canceled the order on 21st of July. I was told that someone from accounts department will contact me within 48 hours and tell about the refund.

Now, it is almost 15 days and i have no clue when i will get the refund.

Kindly expedite the matter and get my amount refunded at the earliest. They should not have booked the order in first place if they did not have the handsets available. This is exploiting the trust people have in the brand.

i am very disappointed by their attitude.
