One disgusting experience

This handset has been one frustrating experience of my life... I bought a 5310 in March and by May the handset starts having problems with the outgoing audio. My god i thought the nokia guys were making a cell phone not a mp3 player (and a pathetic one at that). And what a cell phone i own without a proper microphone. I have submitted it at the care center 4 times by now and every time it comes back without any improvement whatsoever in its condition. I don't know what geniuses work for nokia maintenance now a days. Its been three months since I have been able to properly use the phone without yelling my lungs out.

You guys seriously need to do something about what untested sets you release in the market and your maintenance facilities. In trying to incorporate features and design you guys have forgotten the basic functionalities of the device.

CAUTION!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SET AS POSSIBLE!!!
