I bought an electrolux refrigerator from digi world noida at GIP mall about a month ago. It was delivered in an improper form and was highly dis balanced. I have file a complaint and its been a month now and they have still not checked the problem. The shop manager tells us to be at home before 6 during weekdays if we want to see an engineer. He very bluntly told us to take a leave from office as there service engineers are available before 6 during weekdays. Also he mentioned that they are not available during weekends. Guess you should buy things from digi world only when you are ready to take leaves or come home whenever their engineers tell you to come. The manager at Digi world noida is rude and has no manners to deal with customers once his goods are sold...
