No service at all, call centers horrible

I had purchased 18 ltr Aqua Sure storage filter system from SNEHANJALI, Mira Road on 5th July, 08 (Bill No. 730521). The equipment was defective and did not work properly. I lodged a complaint in person with the store on 20th July, 08 (complaint no. 8544). No body bothered to call or visit for service in the entire month of July.

Then I lodged a complaint with Company's call centre (Ph 39883333) on 2nd August (Request No. 80506218). A service man did drop in and collected the warranty card saying the defective part will be replaced in two days. Since then I have followed up with the company on the following dates and I feel I have been taken for a ride.

15th August - promised within 2 days,

19th August - promised within 2 days,

25th August - promised within 2 days and also promised I will not have to call again.

1st September.

One Mr. Amish of call center asked me to contact Lokesh Ashok (95250-2345938) who in turn gave me another number (952502346994) ; who gave me yet another number 67600136 of Mr. Ebrahim who never picked up the phone on 1st Sept.

Then I called 022-24301725 the number printed on the catalog and Ms. Geeta came on line who said she is in charge of consumer service at Eureka Forbes. O n 1st of Sept. she promised me of prompt service in two days. On calling her again on 4th Sept. she repeated her promise which never materialized.

The entire Monsoon has gone in just complaining and waiting for the service. Every time I call up I have been asked to dial another number and so on and so forth. Miss Geeta who said she is in charge of consumer service section, personally promised me on 1st September and again on 4th September to look into the matter and send representative immediately. But... Nothing seems to be working at their end!!!
