Refrigerator is not working and model change in repairing

Respected Officer,

I want to draw your attention on my father's purchase of a refrigerator Model and chassis no. 925024791-30704565 (purchase date-21 July 03). After 1 yr of use the product became sick. We complained multiple times to your dealer Anupam Electronics; Sultanpur; U.P. but he did not responded. After being fed up my father the respective dealer. Court ordered him to repair the product but the dealer made the model degraded. He attached an external grill in such a beautiful model and spoiled its real use. We did not accepted it and the respective product is still at your dealer's shop and we are still suffering as we were. I want to draw your attention on such type of careless and irresponsible behavior by your dealer which is really making the customer not to trust on your products; does not matter its quiet good and expressive feature.

Kindly take appropriate step to prevent such type of embarrassing behavior going on with the customer wherefore they can enjoy their purchase as they were in previous.
