I had been to pantaloons store at empress mall nagpur, where i tried some pants . i forgot my cell phone in the changing room itself, when i realised i came back within half an hour . my phone was ringing till the time i reached the mall but within five mins my phone got switched off. the guard appointed mrs. Anita Shambharkar just shrugged the matter stating she wasnt present at dat time. also the entire staff was quite hostile. i had a very nasty experience from the lady guard appointed.
