A product was sent by Varna Enterprises, Bangalore on August 4 vide waybill number B74301090. While tracking the product, it was out for delivery from Ambala to Solan on August 6. Till date I am not able receive the product. Neither I received any call from local DTDC office showing carelessness and irresponsibility. With my personal experience I would request customers not to use DTDC courier. They are very careless in handling the product.
