Poor customer service at Nokia care

This is with reference to the Nokia E 63 handset I am using in which I am facing the problem of Battery backup, when I visited Nokia care, they kept my cellphone for 1 day and confirm that the same get repaired. Again after 2 days I visited them with the same query and again they my mail kept my cellphone for 2 days and confirm that the same is now repaired. Now again, I visited them with the same complaint and now its more than a month and complaint is not yet resolved. But I received the complaint no twice from Nokia. Let me share that these complaint numbers are of no use until the complaint get resolved.
