E 65
Poor battery back up and hanging of screen

Dear Nokia,

I am a long user of Nokia and recently purchased a nokia handset of E 65 ON 16/07 LAST SATURDAY from Shakti marketing. The battery backup is for only one day and handset gets hang after some use then I have to restart mobile to start application. I visited dealer shakti marketing who expressed his helplessness and directed me to NOKIA care. In NOKIA care they told me battery replacement will tale 12-14 days. I will have to leave battery in NOKIA care till replacement comes. For Hang up of handset I will have to go software upgradation for which I will lose all data.

My question is.

1, By buying new handset have I bought new problem.

2, If I have to submit battery for 14 days how will I use my cell.

3, Am I to waste my time visiting nokia care at the mercy of staff.

I just want to replace my cell with a new cell/handset of same E65 or any basic cell
